It would be nice after the job is being performed if workers could be able to upload to the WebUI the portion of its logs (the worker log) regarding the job (aside os-autoinst.txt log file).

that sounds pretty self diagnosing #skynet
The worker already appends quite some logs to autoinst-log.txt - getting rid of that and sharing the log format
(i.e. with timestamp) in a different file sounds good to me.
