Observation

Yesterday on 15-SP5 was only python311 https://openqa.suse.de/tests/14164493#step/python3_setuptools/113
Today is there also python39 https://openqa.suse.de/tests/14172376#step/python3_setuptools/113
I guess if python39 is available test should be able to handle it and install python39-pip ?
